For the month of April:

Once the trailer was removed, Superintendent Lacy Jones and his crew began cleaning up the yard to prepare for construction to begin.

Four test sites were dug six feet deep on April 9th to do a preliminary assessment of the soil on the construction site. All results were positive for moving forward, so the project began with cutting a path around the perimeter to install a double silt fence.

On site that day were Trident Construction, Sea Land Development, Terracon Consulting Engineers, and SAPSD.
